TheSlowMusicMovement A lovely ambient journey through various subgenres from field recordings, drones and gentle tones, the new age of New Age and spoken words.
Visual Complexity

Visual Complexity Mind Over MIDI has been a name I've been aware of recently, but this surprised me. Some of the best stuff by him. Incredibly relaxing and atmospheric, what's not to love?

Musically this goes everywhere, but it manages to keep you attached, which is hard to do. Every stop is another dream or another vision. "Habitat Debris" is just a flawless expedition into the unknown. Great job!
Resonances & Words

Resonances & Words Mind over MIDI is a great artist.
This album is poetry!
I think "Habitat Debris" is the most sentimental work that Mind over Midi has ever released.
To summarize in one word: Touching!

Country: Germany/Norway

A collection of forgotten fragments, abandoned ideas, loops, alternate takes and outtakes.

Recorded in 2006, mixed and arranged in 2019.

If you can picture the very furthest, coldest, darkest part of Norway, that’s where Mind over MIDI resides. If you want to get an idea of what it’s like there, and can do without the frostbite, then this is the perfect solution. Helge Tømmervåg produces sweeping, icy synthscapes, with digital snowflakes since 1995.
